The following terms and conditions constitute GayRevshare.com's Webmaster Program Agreement and are legally binding immediately upon signup.

Each time a visitor clicks from your website to MenMachine.com and signs up as a paid member, you will be paid 50% of all signup and renewal fees charged to that member for the life of their membership. You will be paid on an ongoing, monthly basis by our credit card processor, CCBill.

You may:

send as much traffic as you can to MenMachine.com;
send traffic to us from as many sites as you wish;
post as many links to MenMachine.com as you wish;
use our banners or design your own banners;
use text links;
register your links with search engines or point them to landing pages;
use whatever methods at your disposal to send traffic from your websites to MenMachine.com, provided you comply with all other terms and conditions herein and do not infringe any laws regarding content or copyright.

You may not:

post links to MenMachine.com on newsgroups;
send SPAM or unsolicited email containing links to MenMachine.com;
post links to MenMachine.com in chat room messages;
post links to MenMachine.com on websites or pages that promote illegal activity or include illegal content, such as child pornography;
post links to MenMachine.com on websites or pages that promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
post links to MenMachine.com on websites or pages that violate intellectual property rights;
use copyrighted images, logos or trademarks from MenMachine.com or our print publications, except for those provided on our banners, without our advance written permission;
engage in any other practice that could impair our business reputation or expose us to legal liability by linking your websites or pages to MenMachine.com.

We reserve the right to request the removal of any graphics, images or descriptive text included in links from your site to ours which, in our sole discretion, we believe may misrepresent us, harm our business reputation or expose us to legal liability. Failure to meet any such demand will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds owed to you.

Payment of commission is made directly to you by our credit card processor (CCBill).

All payments will reflect credit card processing fees and chargebacks.

Partners are paid by CCBill twice per month on the 8th and the 22nd of each month. Each payout date covers the 2-week billing period that ended approximately 3 weeks prior. This means that the payout of the 8th is for all transactions that took place from the 1st through the 15th of the previous month and the payout of the 22nd is for all transactions that took place from the 16th through the end of the previous month.

Checks will not be printed until your revenue share reaches $50. Any pay-period with a total of less than $50 will be carried over to the next pay period.

At our request, a valid username and password must be provided to us for all password-protected URLs directing traffic to MenMachine.com. The username and password must remain valid throughout the term of the program. Failure to provide a valid username and password within 24 hours of request will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds owed to you.

All signups are registered by CCBill. Any tampering, misuse or fraud will immediately result in termination, forfeiture of all commissions owing, and prosecution.

You must notify us within 24 hours of any changes in the information established in the account registration.

We shall not be held liable for any loss of income arising from any downtimes of Gayrevshare.com, MenMachine.com or CCBill.com.

If you are not satisfied with the GayRevshare.com site or any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Gayrevshare.com, MenMachine.com, or CCBill, your sole and exclusive remedy is to close your account and discontinue sending traffic MenMachine.com.

You may terminate your account at anytime by emailing us at: support@gayrevshare.com

We reserve the right to terminate any agreement at our sole discretion.
